Hi! I am Shani Swinson. I have been married to my awesome husband Rodney for 10 years. We have 2 incredible boys-Cade and Landry. My husband is a coach here in Rockwall at Rockwall Heath. This is my eighth year teaching and boy do I love it!! I can't imagine doing anything else! I am so excited to meet my new class so that we can have fun learning so many new things together!

I'm Mrs. D'Alessio and most of my students call me Mrs. D! This will be my 4th year teaching at Celia Hays Elementary! I couldn't imagine working anywhere else! We have the best students and families in Rockwall! My husband, Jeff, and I have lived in Rockwall for 13years. We have 3 terrific children, Julia, Amanda & Michael. I also have 2 cats and possibly a puppy by the end of next week! I must be crazy! It's probably the Texas sun getting to me! I am excited for a new school year to begin! First grade is such a special year. I can't wait to meet you all!
I'm Mrs. Thomas. This is my 13th year teaching, and my 6th year at Hays Elementary. I can't imagine a better place to be. I'm very excited to be joining the 1st grade team. I am a proud mother of three children, Colby (10), Bailey (9), and Cambry (9 months). They are my greatest joy! I have been married to the most wonderful man, Cody, for nearly 14 years. Life is good! I can't wait to get this new school year started!
